Sally Ashkuri
Sally has over 35 years experience in private, public and charitable organisations.
A Transformation Change Programme Manager, she has expertise in the strategic planning and delivery of large complex programmes.
Sally has a broad skill set, including governance, risk and contingency management, business performance and leadership.
Sally held local Governor positions prior to becoming a Member of Everychild Trust in 2017, and retaining her position when the Trust merged in 2023 to become Everychild Partnership Trust.
Emma Goff
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in business, specialising in consumer insight – delivering inspiration, thought leadership and analysis to inform strategy on market leading brands. Now an Innovation Coach with a large Global company, she specialises in facilitating and supporting project teams to reach strong evidence-based decisions. She has built a reputation in the industry for effecting changes in ways of working through enabling teams to embrace productive discourse and an experimentation mindset.
Emma was also Chair of Governors for 4 years (2019-2023) at Halsford Park and Baldwins Hill Primary Schools with the Partners in Learning Trust.
Edward Neighbour
Eddie has over 25 years of experience in experience in education, initially as a teacher of mathematics and latterly as Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer of a Multi Academy Trust. As such, Eddie a broad set of skills including project management, governance, HR, recruitment, budgeting & finance, data analysis, strategic leadership, appraisal & people development and educational improvement. Eddie has a passion for inclusive education that enables children to reach their full potential and consciously liberates.
Norman Rose
Norman is a semi-retired in-house legal counsel. In addition to ongoing legal work, he is engaged with a number of charities, two of which are in the education area, as Chair of Schoolsworks AT (a 10-school primary MAT), and as a Member of` Every Child Matters AT (which has six primary academies).
He also chairs a Technical Committee for the Comité Européen de Normalisation (CEN), a European Institution, and also the International Public Relations & Communications Committee of an ancient order of chivalry, the Military & Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, which was founded in the 12th century.
Norman is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of World Traders (and a member of their Communications Committee), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the RSA and a founder member of the Chartered College of Teaching and in his spare time he is an Organist and Director of Music at St Nicholas, Godstone
Marsha Kuye
Marsha is currently Head of Border Delivery at Cabinet Office, delivering cross-government border initiatives with strategic impact. She has a strong background in public affairs, strategic partnerships and policy oversight.
Marsha is skilled in crisis communication, issues management, and effective collaboration across diverse sectors and is a visionary leader who empowers and motivates her team, driving cross-functional collaboration. Her focus on strategic initiatives has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the organisations she has been a part of.
